Why does nobody connect the dots of longevity and Co2 retention? less breaths = more Co2 retained Buteyko did, and it got the CIA their attention Peat also did..

Once you gain awareness of your fascia and lymph flow it becomes extremely difficult to wear anything that restricts energy flow; sports bras, wired bras, gym shorts, clothes tight on armpits, underwear, etc. It’s hard for me to even wear classic Nike socks now. They’re just too tight.

Climber Alex Honnold will attempt to free solo a 101-story building in Taiwan live on Netflix without ropes or safety nets Prediction markets have him completing the climb in 1 hour 30 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes

The perpetual Miami question is 'what high school did you go to?' which brackets you exactly in the fixed ethnicity/wealth framework that determines your entire identity there. At least among natives. In a way, faster than the SF question.

never knew how much caffeine was in a tablespoon of instant coffee till now that I finally decided to ask the question. accidentally been drinking like 600mg to a gram of caffeine every day. ray peat spoke about this im sure if not I’m fucked.

Everyone should wake up to this trend. Yes, rich people are making their kids taller.

Chris Paul reportedly threw a Halloween party, and barely any of his Clippers teammates showed up, per @ramonashelburne “Some of the things early on — like, he invited guys to his suite at the Rams game, and he threw a Halloween party, and then... no one came. After that, they get worked the first night in Utah, which makes this even sadder. Like, seriously — a Halloween party, and maybe three players showed up. I think Brad came, and Zubac. Chris is trying to be like, ‘I’m going to help you build some culture. I’ll bring guys over to my house. Let’s work out together. Let’s have a Halloween party.’ He and his wife threw the party in the suite after the Halloween game — and again, only three players came. So you’re looking at this and thinking: he’s trying to fill the leadership void the way he knows how, and every time he did, they would kind of recoil. Like, ‘Eh, it’s too much.’” (Via hoopshype.com/story/sports/n…)

I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a player getting ACL surgery the day after the injury.

Dry needling is a treatment many, many players do at the team facility without issue to alleviate general soreness. Following one treatment, TJ Watt was left in extreme pain, and doctors quickly sent him to the hospital. A harrowing experience. But minor surgery & full recovery.

Dunno WTF this deadlift/squat form is supposed to do but 115 pounds and 125 pounds for a dude that's supposedly 260+ pounds isn't a lot of weight. Also, NEVER EVER DROP YOUR WEIGHTS like this, ESPECIALLY on a bench. Any real gym would kick you out.

People severely underestimate the depravity and lengths hyper successful people are willing to go in order to edge and gain an edge. Sexual and performance-based edging. Everyone at the top is on a pharmacy full of performance enhancing drugs. You don’t become a billionaire without doing WHATEVER THE FUCK IT TAKES. Is this post condoning adrenochrome etc? No. Just explaining the model. Someone like Trump is probably on litres of youthful femboy blood a day, anabolics, modafinil, regular intravenous NAD+, andpinning all kinds of cognitive enhancers. Some people are pathologically obsessed with winning, and will do everything in their power to GET RESULTS.

That was insanely dramatic for geometric shapes 😵

I like genuinely don’t understand how this is possible when you’ve been a qb here for 15 years 😭 do you just spend an hour driving through midtown during rush hour every time
