Web3营销十条原则 做了web3项目之后,再比较跟做web2项目的营销方式上总有着很微妙的差别,传统的营销思维很多都无法套用,本质上个人认为是因为web3项目的成功跟社区的用户息息相关,更加下沉式的方式更容易让用户产生共鸣,利益绑定,积极共创。 1.吸引,并非追逐 就像我们上推看到铺天盖地毫无新意的统一广告,第一反应是这什么项目?又来割我的吗? 硬推销让人反感,构建共识和信仰才是核心,通过内容,社区,空头等策略吸引用户主动关注,而不是疯狂投放一样的广告文案 2.困惑即流失 web3产品通常比较复杂难懂,小白不友好,降低认知门槛是关键,简化叙事,例如eigenlayer将restaking概念可视化,让用户快速理解怎么玩 3.病毒传播是手段,不是结果 病毒营销需要设计,而不是等着用户自发传播,比如通过奖励机制,UGC传播,身份绑定让用户主动推广 4.注意力不是最重要的,忠诚才是 投放广告,制造热点容易,但长期信任产生用户粘性才是护城河,强社区造就强项目,需要持续培养核心用户并能听取他们的建议迭代产品和满足他们的真实需求 5.无留存的fomo,如旁氏骗局 仅靠fomo不可持续,要有实际价值支撑留存,短期靠空投和激励政策让用户进场,长期靠产品体验+生态建设让用户留下 6.用户才是主角,不是品牌 web3用户比web3更在意个人价值,让用户成为品牌代言人,让KOL和用户创造内容,品牌可以做幕后推手,用户驱动的叙事比品牌自嗨更有效 7.人们更热衷于分享能让自己加分的内容 Web3用户很愿意传播能提升自己形象的内容,比如某个项目的独特身份,早期建设者,通过什么工具赚了多少钱,资产展现,提前设计可以让用户炫耀的传播点 8.最好的营销让人感觉不到营销 社区排斥广告式的营销,怎么办呢?那融入文化,成为趋势,讲角度,讲叙事 9.有时缺的可能不是受众,而是更好的激励机制 比如这个周期gamefi没有了声音,为什么?因为大家都知道了,gamefi没有好的经济模型,活不过3个月甚至2周,优化经济模型比单纯拉新更重要 10.让用户成为生态的股东 让用户可以拥有一些身份形成真正的共创关系,鼓励积极贡献者,不要让他们寒心 欢迎有心得的builder们一起讨论!

I left corporate law to learn coding Everyone told me it was career suicide 5 years later: - Scaled Crypto​.com's product team - Joined Magic Eden as Head of Product - Became Head of Portfolio at @AnimocaBrands - Co-founded @OpenCampus_xyz Here's the story: I was working 60+ hour weeks as a corporate lawyer, drafting contracts and sitting through compliance meetings The money was good, but something felt wrong I kept seeing these tech companies change the world while I was helping banks navigate regulations... So one weekend, I signed up for Startup Weekend in Hong Kong with zero tech experience. My team didn't win, but I met passionate people building things that actually mattered That’s when I knew I had to change paths The transition was brutal though. galaxy questn等任务平台用完会发现大部分都是bot,带不来真实用户,只能堆数据偏偏自己,VC和交易所 point system做出来为的是留存率,只是刷数据的一种方式,结果也是为了满足能上交易所的门槛罢了 每一个产品有自己的unique point和target audience,还是从这个方面下手吧,不同的产品寻找用户的途径是不一样的,比如有的可以拉新但有的只能存量博弈 至于KOL的使用,矩阵号和统一的广告词用不了一点,垂直方向的KOL更适合,不用太在意follower count,毕竟大部分都是刷的,看真人互动 垂直方向的头部KOL,除了可以带单还有branding效果,但是贵;中腰部是最适合带单的,价格合适还有量

最近面试了很多crypto native的增长同学。 目前看的话,如果一毕业就来crypto的话,对于用户增长的基本理解就是: 1)上galaxy questn等任务平台 2)做point system 3)找kol喊单。 这些都是过去vc币带来的增长思维固化。 如果毕业之后去字节或者美团腾讯大厂锻炼一下的话,整体的增长思维都会更有体系一些。
