Adil Raja is a UK-based commentator and former Pakistan Army major who served for nearly two decades in the military. He has previously stated that he was involved in military intelligence and influence operations linked to Pakistan’s security establishment and has frequently spoken about the workings of the military, ISI, and Pakistan’s broader influence and perception-management apparatus.
