@G_Rak @tom_d_kerwin @triciajose @KaraAnn It's true that novelty might skew their opinions, but opinions aren't helpful in UX. You can bypass opinions by focusing on behaviour ("How do they use it?") It's very difficult for people to bias their own behaviour.

@LatinXUXR We plan to talk about this in a 2nd edition. Sneak peak: to really understand users' needs you need to observe users while they do the meaningful activity. Online user interview tools don't cut the mustard.
