An insider, with influence over the system, securing millions from that same system. Now, according to Democrat Attorney General Dana Nessel, those funds were allegedly spent on things like a $4,500 coffee maker, an $11,000 first-class flight, luxury rugs, and even payments tied to a vacant lot. In fact, of the $1.35 million spent and documented in reports to the MEDC, less than $20,000 could be attributed to business accelerator purposes spelled out in the statutory language awarding the grant. That's less than 2 percent! The real questions are: Who else is involved, what do they know, and when did they know it? This isn’t just about one individual. It’s about a broken system under Democrat Party control, where insiders benefit and taxpayers are left holding the bag. Michigan deserves transparency. Michigan deserves accountability. And we’re going to keep demanding answers.
