@MobyGamer nope, clean-room reimpl. the original author mentioned that the source to the public domain version used to be distributed on bbs's back in the day along with the app... is that source code floating around somewhere?

@vikrum5000 I have some beta discs, with code, of the 1999 versions of this, Mavis Beacon, PrintShop. I’m not sure about the copyright now - it was Parsons, then Brøderbund, then Mattel - I think it’s insolvent now. Maybe I’ll upload them somewhere for posterity.
