Reminder that the first 2 major characters we met that live in snenhzaya are these 2 back in 1.0 and are not dressed for the weather (Those fatui coats seem to be only for fatui related meetings also)

@KChips_ @Remellu Childe is definitely not dressed for the weather. I don't like the idea of female characters being uncovered while the male ones have the full winter attire, but Childe is definitely part of the uncovered category.
