5 years ago Brandy Lee Moore Ballard was killed in a crash on her way to work. Authorities believe Car’Mesia Flannigan was participating in a street race when she crossed into oncoming traffic and hit the 52-year-old grandmother’s vehicle, then fled the scene and reported that her car had been stolen. Car’Mesia had been out on bail for previous criminal charges at the time of the accident, and was soon out on bail again. After her release, she posted over 30 minutes of video to social media, talking about the accident and Brandy’s death. “She did it to her motherfucking self ‘cause she ran into me... That white old-ass lady swerved into my lane... That why her ass dead, and it ain’t got nothin’ to do with me.”
