Hi there. Currently, Zoom does not retain window size or layout settings between sessions. Each time you open the application, the window will need to be resized manually. This is a known limitation, as these preferences are not saved for future use. Hi Alex. Automated captions are enabled by default for paid Zoom accounts, but account owners and admins have the ability to turn this setting on or off for the entire account or specific groups. As a result, captions may not always be enabled by default, depending on how your organization has configured its settings. If you’d like captions to be enabled by default, you can ask your Zoom admin to adjust this setting for your account or group. You can find more details in Zoom’s support resources. bit.ly/425RyoF
