@Zoom How do I contact a human to cancel ongoing monthly charges - I’ve tried the ai phone agent, the virtual agent, the web site, the app and now I’ve gotten @AmericanExpress to get involved by disputing a charge. Ridiculous predatory behavior

@Zoom I've been getting billed for multiple licenses that we're not using (only several users on the account and we are getting billed for two extra) and there are NO options to even remove licenses anywhere on the dashboard. When i reached out to support they sent me terms in the contract. You hide where we can remove seats/licenses and then say its non refundable? Why don't you just equate licenses to the numbers of users on the account? Sleazy way to do business

@Zoom I have already done that, but i am still receiving unwanted invitations by your members. I did NOT sign up for them and I am tired of getting them all the time. I unsubscribe, but then I get another invitation from another member of Zoom. It’s maddening, and it has to stop.

@zoom, the popular web conferencing utility is spamming their users with zoom invitations from individual entities and while you can unsubscribe from the individual users, there is NO global unsubscribe option. So, you get multitudes of spam and cant stop it.
