@tush_tr604 Hi there! You can disable this feature in the Zoom Desktop app > Settings > Share Screen > under 'When others share' and 'Window size when viewing a shared screen', click Maintain current size. Hope this helps.

I am in the midst of what may be my world record customer service nightmare with @Zoom. I cannot overstate how utterly confusing, disorganized, and convoluted the entire process has been. What's the best alternative for live public events with registrations of over 100 attendees?

It is baffling to me that a bunch of garbage spammers can automatically sign me up for webinars 6-7 times per day that I never asked for, clogging up my inbox and my calendar, and @Zoom has no obvious recourse to make it stop. I’m just doomed to getting these crap emails and calendar notifications all day long.

I email @Zoom 'customer support' - to complain about the shocking service from sales, this morning where someone wasted an hour of my time and clearly lied to me - they email back to say 'you've come through to tech support, if you have a question for sales, email them #dobetter!
