I have had really good highs and devastating lows. I will never, ever take any kind of prescribed medication that alters my state of mind/brain chemistry. Have a good diet, workout regularly, and get outside/socalize regularly and that has always gradually cured my darkest days.

@luckerbabes I didn’t mean for that statement to be completely anti med, I know that there is people out there that need it and it helps them, but I also think there is a lot of people on meds who don’t actually need them and it’s making their issues worse with time. I think they should be

Once my ex started taking SSRI’s she became incredibly distant and emotionless and we broke up a few months after her being on them. Completely blind sided me. I know those meds had their part in our breakup and she’ll never admit it.
