@AllDAYZ77 I suppose it wouldn't look *as* bad if Hogan wasn't the stiffest champion in the ring I've ever seen.

Fred Rogers was on his way to a dinner in Boston at the home of a PBS executive when he realized his driver, Billy, would be waiting outside in the car the whole evening while everyone else went inside. Most people would have accepted that without a second thought. Fred Rogers didn’t. He invited Billy in to join the dinner. Later, on the ride back, Fred sat in the front seat beside him, talking like a friend. When Billy mentioned they’d be passing his family’s house, Fred asked if they could stop. What followed was the kind of moment that feels almost foreign now. Fred went inside, met Billy’s family, and before long neighbors began dropping by too. There was conversation, laughter, piano music, and the simple warmth of people gathering together. Fred and Billy stayed in touch after that night. And years later, when Fred learned Billy was dying in the hospital, he called to say goodbye. That’s what made Fred Rogers so extraordinary. He didn’t just know how to be kind. He knew how to make people feel seen. In a world that teaches us to sort human beings by status, wealth, and importance, he moved through life as if none of those invisible hierarchies were real. And maybe that was his quiet genius. He never let people become background.

NEW: Daniel Kalmbach, a former Republican candidate for Ohio House District 69 and son of Kalmbach Feeds CEO Paul Kalmbach of Upper Sandusky, has been charged with two felonies — battery by strangulation and false imprisonment — following a February arrest in Miami. A police lethality screening found the victim was in a "potential lethal situation." Kalmbach's 2024 campaign was endorsed by Congressman Jim Jordan (R-Urbana) and received a $1,000 donation from State Rep. Gary Click (R-Vickery), and campaign finance records show the financial relationship between the Kalmbach family and Click's campaign extends in both directions. Kalmbach has pleaded not guilty. 🚨REPORT | BBC Verify says footage and expert analysis indicate a U.S. Precision Strike Missile was likely used in the March 9 strike on a sports hall in Lamerd, Iran, where children were training, killing at least 21 people, including young girls. High-resolution satellite imagery reviewed by the BBC shows the sports hall and nearby residential buildings destroyed, while the adjacent IRGC compound appears to have remained undamaged. As Drop Site’s earlier reporting documented, the missile tore through a civilian gym packed with students during training sessions, triggering panic, collapsing debris, and “continuous screaming” as injured children were pulled from the rubble. Eyewitnesses described parents arriving to find bodies of teenage girls and young athletes—some killed instantly, others buried under concrete. Both BBC and Drop Site reports are linked below.

Here's our detailed investigation into the deadly strike on the Iranian town of Lamerd on the first day of the conflict, which munitions experts say was likely carried out with state-of-the-art US missiles.

Utah just banned police from forcing rape victims to take lie‑detector tests before they’re allowed to report an assault. One victim “failed” a polygraph, and officers dropped the case—letting her rapist walk free, where he went on to assault more women for two more years. propublica.org/article/utah-p…

🚨BREAKING: A Native American family in Utah is speaking out after what they say was a complete breakdown of the system inside their own home. They claim an officer showed up with a woman who legally was not supposed to be near the property due to protective orders and instead of verifying anything he allegedly ignored the paperwork crumpled it and forced his way inside. No warrant. No permission. Just escalation.

"With A Little Help From My Friends", Ringo Starr & Paul McCartney, 2009.

🚨An ICE agent hit a U.S. citizen with his car… A man is walking down a public sidewalk… doing nothing illegal… simply filming. An ICE agent turns into a gated entrance, and instead of waiting for the man to cross, instead of honking, instead of yielding like literally every driver is required to do… He drives straight into him. We have already seen ICE agents kill people when someone moves a car near them… …but this agent? He drove his car directly into a U.S. citizen walking on a sidewalk. And when the man says, “You just hit me”… The agent responds: “Move out of the fucking way.” That alone tells you everything about how this agent views the law, and the lives of U.S. citizens. The agent then he tries to twist reality, claiming the man is “interfering” with operations… For walking on a public sidewalk. Filming federal agents is legal. Walking down the street is legal. Running someone over because they’re recording you? That’s reckless endangerment, and assault with a vehicle. And then, it spirals into straight intimidation… The agent starts at the man saying, “Do you want to do something? You ain’t gonna do shit.” A federal agent, taunting a civilian, after hitting him with a car… Trying to provoke a reaction. ICE agents claim fear when it benefits them… …but show none when they’re the ones behind the wheel. This is exactly how people end up dead. And it’s happening with zero accountability.
