Switch 2 is selling significantly better than Switch 1, management already boosted the full-year guide to 19 million from 15 million, and management said on the record in early February that Switch 2 is off to a good start, but Bloomberg says it is under management’s expectations. Ridiculous.

Mat Piscatella from Circana seems to dismiss the Bloomberg Switch 2 article on the production cut and weak US sales.
Switch 2 is selling faster than every other system ever compared by at least 29% and as big as 302% in the US. Only the GBA did better in the first 9 months.

but as of rn, yeah if they wanted to give Stadium they should’ve leaned into whimsy w/ mini games & special battle types.

the original appeal of Pokemon Stadium was that you were taking your little guys from 2D handheld games and seeing them in big 3D graphics on your TV.
Now you are (with a premium subscription) transferring them into a game that looks visually worse than what's coming out lmao
