Our article on germline variants associated with uterine leiomyomas is now published! Our results show that inherited mutations in SRCAP complex genes, affecting H2A.Z histone variant deposition, predispose to uterine leiomyomas with moderate penetrance. authors.elsevier.com/sd/article/S00…
