@WhatTheADHD I’ve just started elvanse so not sure yet, but on methylphenidate it helped me identify my hunger and fullness cues better, so i wasn’t over eating!

For me, it helps with: - better energy levels - lowers impulsivity and improves patience, especially when I'm driving - productivity with boring executive tasks I've otherwise avoided

@inthefade Yep, but as “Bob’s your uncle”. I’m from the US. My husband and I say it, somewhat ironically because it’s an old-fashioned phrase, and because Bob’s actually his dad.

My partner cheated on me but I forgave him. As punishment, I had some of the links removed and binned from his favourite Rolex so I could wear it every day as a reminder of what he did.
