Apparently the area was cleared several hours ago but still we wait. I’d like the people responsible to be stuck in a box for an indeterminate amount of time with no food or water to see how they like it. Unacceptable!

@IHG very poor selection at club room in the Crown Plaza Newcastle upon Tyne. No hot food either and the excellent staff left without an explanation from management. The rooms full and everyone is grumbling. Not good enough! From a spire elite member....
