@IHGCorporate I have my employees staying at the candlewood suites in Mission, Texas. Last night when they checked in, one of the rooms did not have a working AC. They couldn't do anything about it last night and he had to bunk up with a coworker. I spoke with the hotel today

@IHGCorporate seriously you have a 4 floor hotel that the elevator has been broken for FOUR weeks. There’s literally no elevator. I hope you get hit with a serious workers comp or individual injury lawsuit. Your staff and guests with a lot of luggage have to WALK UP THE STAIRS

It’s outrageous. As an IHG Diamond Ambassador, my account has been frozen twice for a long time—once over identity and address issues, and now again. I’m also a top-tier member with Hilton, Accor, Marriott, and GHA, yet this only ever happens with IHG.@IHGOneRewards

@IHGCorporate Stayed at Garner Reading UK - no sleep due to noisy generators. Mould on breakfast etc. Diamond Elite Team gave some points but a promised partial refund is outstanding. 6 emails and 2 calls to them in the 4 months since but still not resolved - so much for loyalty.

@IHGCorporate you need to put a flag on double bookings. Twice I have booked overlapping days and hotel charged me for no stay. Hilton has a flag that pops if you do that. Hotels that don’t reemburse you I have an issue with being diamond members

Have to say this is the worst 4* hotel restaurant menu I have had the displeasure of trying to select from. 😡 Burger or a pizza and only 2 pitiful desserts to select from. Used to be a MPW Steakhouse with food @hotelindigo @Hotelindigo_Liv @IHGOneRewards @IHGService
