The fire alarms have been going off all night at @Candlewood Suites Pittsburgh-Cranberry by @IHGCorporate. Do NOT recommend. My wife and I are packing up at 5 AM because we’ve had enough. I’m exhausted, my ears are ringing, and I have a headache. 🤕 😫

Insane @Chase keeps sending me in circles on the @IHGCorporate upgrade for my Chase sapphire reserve account. I can’t get my upgrade pushed through and the names both line up. I’ve wasted 17 hours on this now. I’m ready to cancel!!! Perks got worse and now this hellish process!!

It’s been over 24 hours since @IHGService stopped responding after I clearly stated my demands: written apology from hotel management, written safety improvement plan, and reasonable compensation. IHG already admitted “room security deficiencies” in writing. But now — silence. @IHGService @IHG — is your strategy to wait until guests give up? Evidence and full timeline are already public. @InterConHotels @IHGService @IHGNewsroom @IHG

@Chase @IHGCorporate I’ve spent 10 hours trying to get my chase sapphire reserve status setup for IHG to Diamond but nothing works. I’ve spoken to both team at IHG and Chase. Neither can figure it out and I’m exhausted. I’m so close to canceling my card. Do better!!!

I have already clearly stated my demands (a written apology from hotel management, a written improvement plan, and reasonable compensation) and provided all evidence, including IHG‘s written acknowledgment of ’room security deficiencies‘ in my previous tweets.
