Ambulance had no fuel .Turns out he was a relative to Cs health. He showed up at 2am to ask why I was referring him: I just asked him how many CT scans were there

Everytime I see news from Murang'a I remember @NdirituMuriithi did all this in Laikipia for 5 straight years but people still voted him out because he didn't give handouts.

In murang'a there's a mobile dialysis truck that serves across the county in about 7 facilities - It has enough specialist's. The first patient receives dialysis at 4.30 a.m , 8-10 patient per day , per week . It’s the truck that comes , not patient looking for the truck.

Someone told me something yesterday. You should care about the state of KNH. If you don't care about it because KNH serves lots of Kenyans, care about it because if something happens to you today, before people find out who you are, you'll be taken to KNH as "unknown African".

Men aren’t built this way and the sooner these women accept it the better. As the wife you should be the planner and in charge of most errands. If that’s too much mentally for you because you also work a full time job maybe you should admit something about female nature and gender dynamics instead of trying to force a man into the same role as you.
