@LucyRichAgent Self awareness and entitlement is rife on this thread. Some of the actors 'leaving the industry' because of 'DEI' and diversity should fix the poor quality reels and headshots they're using before blaming 'other'. As an agent, perhaps suggest that before cosigning entitlement

@JFACasey Hear hear ❤️ An agents job is to tell actors where they need to make the changes to get seen more often for roles, and submit their clients to CDs and producers. Not to Spread false narratives about diversity/POC/Immigrants etc in the industry.
