@PureGym we need the AC on at all times. If you are providing a 24hr service the AC also needs to be 24hrs. It’s very uncomfortable for people who train early or late to have no ac in this heat.

@PureGym Hey, AC’s completely off — it’s hotter than the steam room (which also isn’t working). I’ve reported this multiple times via the emergency call point, but nothing’s been done. No option to complain on the app or site either. Honestly, this is ridiculous. 🔥💦 #PureGym
