Trump in public says he will not allow Iran to impose fees on ships crossing the Strait of Hormuz. Trump in private in recent conversations with advisors has conceded that the Strait of Hormuz is unlikely to completely reopen anytime soon – Reuters Iran is in charge of the SOH and fees are in place irrespective of what the stable genius thinks.

American media: Iran's destruction of expensive American drones has called their effectiveness into question. - CBS News reported that the US Air Force has lost 24 MQ-9 Reaper drones during conflicts with Iran. They cost up to $30 million each. So much for air superiority. -There have also been reports of a missing MQ-4C Triton spy drone belonging to the US Navy. -The drone is estimated to be worth nearly $250 million, and it is likely that it was destroyed by Iranian forces. -The recent war has raised serious questions about the survivability and cost-effectiveness of the MQ-9 drone against other rivals such as China and North Korea.
