Tonight as I was on duty, I heard the following circulation over the radio “All units standby, London Bridge has fallen down, London Bridge has fallen down. Standby for further direction, Met control out.” Made me a bit emotional.

Just wish I could switch my brain off so I can actually get a nights sleep. Well, back to first early tomorrow 🙃

You know what’s a real kick in the teeth? Yesterday, I paid for our wedding officiant and the deposit for our venue. Today my car had a service and needed to spark plugs 🤢 Goodbye savings! 👋
