How to get the truth about US interference more widely known? It’s difficult. Narrative creation is the US’s super-power. It’s clear that that a significant portion of Indonesian media, like Tempo, is serving the US, not Indonesia. International journalists are no help. Mainstream media such as the BBC and Reuters routinely maintain secret news blackouts on references to western political interference operations, even if their presence is blatant. . ASIANS NEED TO WISE UP So Asians have to wise up and fix their own problems. “Nations need to secure their information space,” Berletic said on X yesterday. “Stop allowing US-based social media platforms and their algorithms to determine what YOUR people see, hear, and ultimately THINK.” In the long run, the US wants Indonesia’s government to be allied to them or controlled by Washington—as are many places, including Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, the Philippines, and Taiwan.
