@Asger2002 @DetectiveSpade_ They're two different mediums, obviously 3 hours of direct to DVD animation isn't going to accomplish everything that one of the greatest writer/artists can in 4 56-page issues. Peter Weller did a terrific older Batman voice. Like a grim Adam West per Millers vision.

Peter letting a burglar go for selfish reasons and thereby being instrumental in his Uncle’s demise is far too dark for what their vision of Spider-Man is.
