4⃣ The questions for Elon Musk were written by her mom because Liv was too sick. But that doesn't mean she forgot her own plushie's name. She created Astroid. The world changed it. But the original has no "E". Forever.

Everyone says Asteroid. But the real name is Astroid.

Naming the mascot ASTROID after her drawing is such a respectful way to keep her legacy going ✨🫶

SpaceX doesn't actually have a mascot yet. So naming it ASTROID would be the perfect way to honor Liv's original drawing. It’s clear that her vision deserves to be respected and keeping that legacy going is the right move. ✨

Elon will make one of Liv Perrotto’s final wishes come true. Asteroid (the Shiba Inu zero-g indicator she designed for the Polaris Dawn mission) will be the mascot for SpaceX. Liv sadly passed away this year after a brave 5 year battle with cancer, but she will now forever be remembered with Asteroid. Thank you, Elon 😭❤️
