5 February 2023: Emma Pattison, 45, and her daughter Lettie, seven, were found dead at their home in Epsom, Surrey. Police believe Emma was shot dead by her husband, George Pattison, 39, before he killed their daughter and then himself.

Sorry to be vague. The short version: writing something top secret and also having a tv show of your semi-autobiographical novel coming out=massive fear, panic and anxiety. Having your childhood and personal experience of a disability on television? Massively frightening.

I'm not sure I'm tough enough for what's coming. Last June I had an operation which was, in a way, a close to something *else* that happened when I was a teen. Health now is good and all of those feelings were put into my work. I'm just so scared it will be hated.
