This is a graph of what happens when a culture values reason versus when a culture suppresses it. Jewish intellectual tradition emphasizes questioning, debate, and the pursuit of knowledge for its own sake. Much of the Islamic world has spent centuries under theocracies that treat independent thought as blasphemy and scientific inquiry as a threat to religious authority. @MaryTracy1101 My proof of God. I asked for a good woman while at my lowest, and got one willing to take in, well, Job. She's spent the last 3 years helping me rebuild from quite literally nothing, and I treat her like the gift from God she is.

@MaryTracy1101 We did everything on one axis: who cares the most. My fiancee HATES doing dishes, I'm indifferent. My job, and I don't do cat litter in exchange. I'm finicky about laundry, it has to be done just so, so I do it. We've yet to have any issues with this system

I am, lol I did find a man like that, and I believe he found a good woman. We both have our interest in certain things, and that is who takes over those tasks. And, that is what we tell couples we mentor for marriage prep. Who is that task more important too? That is most likley who should over see it. Not always, but generally.
