@August_Support help me understand how I get annoying emails for 45 straight days when WiFi smart lock batteries get “low” yet it works for well over a month after the first email, but not 1 warning for the keypad batteries b4 I get locked out of my house cause the keypad dies?

Emailed @August_Support 2 days ago and no reply. WiFi bridge failed to connect to WiFi, but now shows up in the August app as a connected device despite no solid green light on the bridge. When I click on bridge icon in the app and go to settings, the app crashes. Please advise.

@August_Support why’s it necessary for an almost 3am notification that smart lock batteries are low, especially when I start getting daily app & email notifications about it when the batteries hit 25%, and will last an additional 30 days? Waste of money not using the 25% left.

@August_Support bought an August keypad from eBay but it’s locked from another user. The registration screen says “Press continue to request permission to reset from the current registered owner’ but there’s no continue button. I’ve tried on iPad and iPhone. Can you help?

Why does @amazon keep sending me a product that’s different from what’s represented in the pictures? This is twice I ordered an @August_Support Home Smart Keypad with the August logo and I keep getting one with a Yale logo. Already have these and want the same as what I’ve got.

@August_Support your @AugustHomeInc WiFi Smart lock is a mess and needs a lot refinement before I’ll ever buy another product of yours. 1) When I get battery low notification, it can be used 15-17 more days before changing them with already short battery life/expensive batteries.

Why doesn't @August_Support allow me to auto lock on geo location? At the very least they could support actions in @IFTTT. I can do more with my $20 garage door then I can do with my $150 semi-dumb August lock 🤦‍♂️ Don't buy one!

@August_Support I bought my smart lock 3 years ago and worked great for a few weeks until it sucked the batteries dry month after month. Why do this expensive batteries die so fast? I’m thinking about getting rid of my August lock.
