I will NOT attend the G20 summit in Johannesburg. South Africa is doing very bad things. Expropriating private property. Using G20 to promote “solidarity, equality, & sustainability.” In other words: DEI and climate change. My job is to advance America’s national interests, not waste taxpayer money or coddle anti-Americanism.

MADS (2024) was an absolute blast to watch. Crazy, frenetic, dangerous energy. And a true one-take movie! 90 uncut mins of zipping around a French city while the world collapses. So many “how the hell did they do that?!” moments! AND fantastic sound design to boot.

IN A VIOLENT NATURE (2024) was an interesting take on slasher-as-art-film. Your mileage may vary, but it has some neat ideas. Loved the Northern Ontario locations. For me the stellar sound design by Tim Atkins & Michelle Hwu and the work of the sound mix crew stole the show!
