the 80/20 cognitive enhancement stack that hits hard as FUCK with zero tolerance buildup and zero waste: - 150 mg armodafinil (cleaner pharmacokinetics than modafinil, longer-lasting wakefulness + deep focus) - 250 mg citicoline (replenish the depleted stores of the vital neurotransmitter acetylcholine from armodafinil depletion) - 200 mg caffeine (extra kick, focus, capsule form or just bang black coffee/ espressos all day long) - 800 mg l-theanine (takes the edge off the stimulating compounds, calm + creative) - 144 mg magnesium l-threonate (optimizes cognitive health by crossing BBB, helps with sleep quality) - 2 mg oral pinealon (obliterates brain fog, heightens stress-resistance + focus, helps you sleep deeper) - 6 mg oral epitalon (resets circadian rhythm despite long-lasting armodafinil, lowers cortisol, amazing for longevity) you could run this 5 days on, 2 days off pretty much indefinitely without building a tolerance. cycle pinealon and epitalon 30 days on -> 2 months off, then continue as you please. epitalon in the evening, everything else in the morning (magnesium can also be taken in the evening, but i prefer morning). if you need to prioritize due to $ constraints, remove epi + pine first. honorary mention tadalafil. honorary mention do a damn blood panel and fix whatever is bad first. not medical advice. sources below, US domestic here. more in this doc (incl. > parking tickets sit unpaid for weeks, chronic inaction > client shoots over some modafinil (what a g) > life gets fixed, procrastination evaporated, focus shoots through the roof average modafinil enjoyer.

One of the genuinely biggest catalysts for growth was when one of our customers randomly gave me Modafanil to try 😂 and it changed my life. (He knows who he is 😂) I felt like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders and I had no issue sitting and smashing through tasks one after another. Before this I’d be sat staring at my computer being unable to start a task, and putting incredibly important things off for months at a time. For example, I’d get parking tickets constantly. I’d open the letters, and instead of paying them I’d literally put them off to the point I’d have bailiffs knocking on my door collecting £1000 instead of the £30 it originally was. I knew I needed to do it, I had the money to do it, the consequences were getting worse, but I still couldn’t make myself do it. Majority of people would just read this and think you’re just lazy as fuck. It’s hard to put into words the feeling but it was like this for pretty much everything in my life and business. It was a miracle I even managed to be remotely successful before this. I’ve been off it for about a year at this point, battling to stay productive but just couldn’t stand it anymore so when I moved over to Dubai I decided to go get a psychological examination on why I am so chronically unproductive. Turns out I’ve got mega ADHD, and been given concerta to help. The first time I had it just on the smallest dose I got the eureka moment again. I can actually sit and focus, and complete tasks. It’s estimated a huge portion of entrepreneurs have it, because people with adhd constantly chase dopamine in everything they do, can handle uncertainty better then others and have a bigger risk tolerance. All the hallmarks of a scaler. But there’s naturally big downsides. Genuinely tho if it sounds like you get checked, my life is literally 3x better with medication. I feel like a new human being and my life quality is so much better.

retarded focus. THAT'S what we want. and by that i mean retarded DEEP fucking focus. to a ridiculous point. 12+ hours of consistent quality output. forgetting to piss, eat and sleep. that's what creates $100m companies. that's what makes you WIN. here's 8 compounds that are almost guaranteed to achieve it for you. no shitty natural remedies, no BS, just pure pharmacological mastery: 9-me-bc carboline extending dopamine lifespan while promoting neurogenesis and BDNF growth. bromantane handles synthesis, 9-me-bc handles neuron survival. enhanced focus, sustained motivation, anxiolytic effects. compounded benefits persist 3-4 weeks after stopping. physical and cognitive performance increase. vilon dipeptide reactivating thymic epithelial cells restoring T-cell training. energy increases, recovery accelerates, sleep efficiency improves. pairs with epitalon and pinealon. faster hangover recovery, reduced cold frequency, resilience elevation. cycle 1-2mg for 30 days then 2 weeks off. psilocybin 5-ht2a agonist triggering BDNF/mTOR and glutamate surge promoting neuroplasticity. microdose 1-2 capsules for creative flexibility and breaking default thinking patterns. cleaner than alcohol with zero hangover. takes 2 hours to kick in, take with food. effects persist beyond dosing. modafinil & armodafinil 12+ hours of deep focus without the dirty crash. no euphoria, no false confidence sabotaging output quality. which one works depends on your CYP2C19 genetics - try both, start at 25% dose. both deplete choline so add alpha-gpc or you'll get headaches. bromantane most cognitive enhancers dump or block dopamine reuptake. bromantane upregulates tyrosine hydroxylase so your brain produces more dopamine naturally. calm focus, improved motivation, zero crash, zero dependency. supplement l-tyrosine or you're revving an engine with no fuel. tadalafil low-dose daily tadalafil relaxes blood vessels systemically improving cerebral blood flow and nutrient delivery to neurons. 36 hour half-life supports recovery and performance. think vasodilation optimization for your brain not just your dick. pinealon three amino acids that cross the blood-brain barrier and modulate neuronal gene expression. improves sleep efficiency, eliminates brain fog, enhances focus. stack with epitalon for circadian rhythm optimization. works at the genetic level not just receptor occupation. bpc-157 (oral) peptide fragment already in your gut. oral dosing repairs gut lining, controls inflammation, fixes downstream gut-brain issues. 70%+ of people have destroyed gut health. improves mood stability, clears brain fog, restores cognition after substance abuse. healing actual gut problems is fixing the foundation. this is not medical advice. definitely don't do this. you might fuck around and make 100m and we do not want that. keep tanning your nuts. that will certainly do more.

@yodachadsupmax9 hey dude. sounds like a hard time. i would read more into dihexa + fasoracetam + bromantane + citicoline to amend this. possibly also naltrexone, NAC, inositol (high dose) to help with cravings. but above all, you need to cut access to it. however difficult that may seem

hearing modafinil is a mitochondrial enhancer:
BasedBiohacker tweet media
Morph@doctormorphh

@BasedBiohacker People are not ready to hear that things like intranasal insulin and modafinil also 'enhance' mitochondria and energy production. Perhaps not to the extend a compound solely focused on enhancing the mitochondria does it but its for sure damn interesting and impressive.

leaning more and more into mitochondrial enhancement too. incredibly powerful for vitality and performance; it's literally the base of it. address habits/lifestyle first (incl. things like epitalon for sleep etc.), deficiencies second (through blood panels), hormones third, mitochondria fourth, enhancement fifth (loosely, many of these are directly intertwined) my current mitochondrial stack is ALCAR + CoQ10 + mexidol + niacinamide + vitamin E + thiamine + creatine + taurine considering NMN and PQQ or just chadblast stims with some supporting supplements. did that for a good while and it turned out pretty fucking well too 😂

I am at the point where every health issue you want to fix you should primarily be focused on optimizing energy production and the mitochondria. The downside is non existent and the upside is unfathomable, you will likely fix other 'issues' without being aware that you had them in the first place. If i heard it correctly, Ray Peats idea was that disease and degeneration comes from impaired energy production and if that is indeed his view i largely agree. Almost all health issues can be traced back to energy and mitochondria, that doesnt mean mitochondrial dysfunction is always the root cause, but that does mean it is worth optimizing.
