@BasedBiohacker People are not ready to hear that things like intranasal insulin and modafinil also 'enhance' mitochondria and energy production. Perhaps not to the extend a compound solely focused on enhancing the mitochondria does it but its for sure damn interesting and impressive.



I am at the point where every health issue you want to fix you should primarily be focused on optimizing energy production and the mitochondria. The downside is non existent and the upside is unfathomable, you will likely fix other 'issues' without being aware that you had them in the first place. If i heard it correctly, Ray Peats idea was that disease and degeneration comes from impaired energy production and if that is indeed his view i largely agree. Almost all health issues can be traced back to energy and mitochondria, that doesnt mean mitochondrial dysfunction is always the root cause, but that does mean it is worth optimizing.
