I know that alot of people really want to know of more castings and especially who is playing Christopher Dent. I am DYING to know too. But it just sucks because I see a "rumor" daily atp. And this post is true because none of them are confirmed, and they are mostly just people's suggestions of who should play that role. Then big news accounts take it as a genuine rumor 😭😭
I am not hating on those accounts. Infact I respect them ALOT. And they inspire my account. And I get it. They are hyped. Again I am dying to know as much as you guys all do. But like @Rohanjirale , @BatSource1 , and now BobaTalks just said, do not believe anything right now unless it's from the trades or if its from genuinely a very credible source. I hope this post isn't annoying you guys. I just hope these things calm down a bit 😅

'Reportedly joins The Batman Part 2'. Someone vaguely posting a picture of an actor does not mean an actor has been cast, let alone even implying that they're being considered. For all we know, it's their fancast. We see too much of this stuff these days. 3/4 of Christopher Dent 'casting reports' are just rumours with little to no credibility to the claims, which now makes everyone think that at least 4 or more actors have deliberately passed on the role when in all reality that belief is built on a whisper.

Legitimately getting really annoying. Half of these “casting rumours” are either made up, unconfirmed reports or just people’s fan casts that get reported on for some reason.

DC fans are now convinced the 'Lord of the Rings' legend is playing Christopher Dent, the father of fellow villain Harvey Dent aka Two-Face. The latest reports say Stellan Skarsgård was offered the role, but turned it down, suggesting that it was still up for grabs for somebody else. Filming has not begun yet.

Man, JJK is like the only manga you’ve ever read? The style of characters on a white background with sparkling visuals is pretty typical of Shoujo/romance manga in general and both Bachi and JJK are trying to capture those feelings in those moments. The more I think about it... You know who'd be absolutely NUTS as Christopher Dent in BATMAN 2? I haven't heard anyone mention him, possibly b/c he's older than other candidates, but if we're talking about who could realistically have a 43-year-old son & thrive in a CRIME movie?
