🇨🇳🇰🇷Every country hosting large numbers of Chinese students should remember the 2008 Seoul incident.
In April 2008, during the Beijing Olympic torch relay in Seoul, the CCP mobilized around 6,500 Chinese nationals, mostly students, who violently attacked about 180 Tibetan human rights activists.
Hundreds chased several activists into the Seoul Plaza Hotel lobby and brutally assaulted them. An ordinary Korean man was beaten for over 30 minutes simply for holding a leaflet. The mob also attacked Koreans with metal poles, struck riot police, and assaulted foreigners wearing “Free Tibet” T-shirts.
This event showed how quickly China can mobilize its citizens abroad to intimidate or attack on command. It shocked Koreans and planted the seeds of anti-China sentiment.
Eighteen years later, the number of Chinese nationals in South Korea has quadrupled. The CCP’s political and economic penetration may now be beyond control, and our fight against it may already be too late.
Nations must approach Chinese students and immigrants with far greater caution.

@Terenceshen How dare you call yourself an independent journalist? You don't even mention the ambulance and police that were there. Calling this brainwashing - does visiting your parents count as brainwashing too?

More than 3,000 students and teachers In Ningxia, China, set out in the early hours of April 3 on a 50-kilometer march to pay tribute to fallen Communist revolutionaries.
The students walked for 15 hours straight without sleep. Along the way, some suffered nosebleeds from exhaustion, and many became so weak they had to be supported by parents and teachers just to keep going. This is how Chinese youth are being brainwashed by the CCP today.

“China lifted 800 million people out of poverty”? No. Mao Zedong first impoverished all of China, and then Deng Xiaoping had the good sense to get out of the way as the Chinese people figured out how to make themselves prosperous.
Magatte Wade@magattew
China lifted 800 million people out of poverty not through communism but by creating Special Economic Zones where capitalism was allowed to function. Shenzhen went from a fishing village to a megacity because the government said "in this specific area, you can build freely.” That should tell you something about what works and what doesn't. Even the world's largest communist country had to let capitalism in through the back door to feed its people.

@magataotao @aus_fella So, let me ask you something - which country do youcurrently pledge allegiance to? And why can't you let go of China?
English

Yes those are probably good ones and happy to escape China. We want to have a life of freedom in the West. That is why I fight hard to keep Australians aware of the CCP infiltrations to the West.
You see how the Democratic Party in USA became a devil party, very similar to
CCP. And our Labor Party is fundamentally a Communist Party.
English

I was born and raised in China and lived there for over 20 years. China is a communist totalitarian state under the absolute control of one man — first Mao Zedong, then Deng Xiaoping and his successors, and now Xi Jinping.
There is no real freedom — not in speech, not in thought, not in daily life.
The majority of Chinese people support the government because they have been fed a nonstop diet of lies and propaganda since the age of three. They defend the CCP with absolute certainty, never questioning, never challenging — they simply swallow the official narrative and memorize it. That is why China produces so few genuine inventions of its own and instead relies on stealing technology from the United States and the West. Under this system, ordinary Chinese people have neither the freedom nor the ability to think independently.
Everything glamorous you see about China — the glittering cities, the high-speed trains, the perfectly staged spectacles — is carefully fabricated propaganda for foreign consumption. Behind that facade lies the real China: the everyday lives of ordinary people, especially those in the countryside and villages, which most Westerners cannot even begin to imagine. The poverty, the surveillance, the fear, the grinding control — that is the truth the CCP desperately hides from the world.
This is not exaggeration. This is lived experience. The Western world needs to stop believing the China regime’s lies.
China is the biggest external enemy to the West. China sends spies to the West to corrupt your politicians such as Democratic Party and Labor Party and to cause turmoils and chaos from within.

@adonnisxx @SecRubio Who robbed the Panama ports? China? And they don't even let the victims fight back when they're robbing them? If I robbed your whole family, would you just cooperate? 🤬

China is playing with fire: disrupting trade routes is destabilizing the world.
This isn't just about Panama; it's a global signal.
If China starts interfering with ships flying the Panamanian flag, it's directly impacting the stability of international trade.
Higher costs, less trust, more tension.
The US has already taken a stand.
The chessboard is shifting… and fast. 🌍⚠️

English

China’s decision to detain or otherwise impede Panama-flagged vessels engaged in lawful trade destabilizes supply chains, raises costs, and erodes confidence in the global trading system. The United States stands with Panama against any retaliatory actions against its sovereignty and will always support our partners in the face of bullying.

※IGCSE(Cambridge IGCSE)
