@thefloatybae @JoeLongBalls The only reason the MC is silent is because they are supposed to be a self insert which if thats what you prefer then fine, but like I have stated the entire time me and a lot of others would prefer a mc with personality

@thefloatybae @JoeLongBalls Persona is not a choiced base narrative series since 99.9% of the dialogue options have zero bearing on the outcome of the story. Since the story is linear anyway it wouldnt be hard to implement a MC with a bit of personality, even if they want to keep the no impact choices

@thefloatybae @JoeLongBalls This would be true for another game but we are talking about persona here. Outside of like a few important moments in late stage social links, the choice based dialogue has zero impact on anything going on in the plot and has zero lasting outcome. So yeah not hard to add

If mc needs a voice for every choice, the choices must narrow in scope and cease effecting outcomes. Case in point, cyberpunk.

@thefloatybae @JoeLongBalls You do realise persona is a game where half of it is clicking through a textbox? Cyberpunk has much superior gameplay and yet has a protag with an actual personality. Its not really that hard to add, and again it is just what I would prefer

@Jin_titadori @GMango99 Dude you probably just dont like GTA V. There are other games for you to try. You could try games like Elden Ring. You could try a platformer like astro bot. You could try a roguelite like Hades. Theres so much variety in games. You just have to find what you like
