Serious managers and true institutionalization of vaults will only happen once we adopt proper traditional finance standards: starting with clean NAV calculations and High-Water Mark mechanisms. No more paying performance fees twice on the same gains just because of drawdowns and recoveries. Investors deserve real protection and alignment. This is the bar that separates professional operations from the rest.

This is happening in real time. An Hyperliquid community member asks a simple question to help a vault leader, and even Grok points him to the actual answer: HyperCore legacy vaults are a dead end at $10K + 5% equity locked. This is exactly the gap we built @RiniFinance to close.

One of the most honest takes on Hyperliquid I've read. The part that resonates most for me: HIP-3 already pulling more volume from TradFi instruments than from crypto assets. Most people in DeFi still haven't processed what that means.The venue is becoming a full-service exchange. The infrastructure to run serious vaults on top of it is what's been missing.
