Just had a call with my lawyer. The court is arguing that I was using the Overwatch logo not as a gamer, but as the spokesperson of Generation Identity Austria.
He asked me if I have old recordings of me playing it. Unfortunately, not.
But in our answer to the court, we'll offer as evidence a video of me showing that I'm able to play the game or doing it live at court.

Five years ago today, the logo of the Identitarian Movement in Austria was banned. They had tried to ban the movement previously, in 2018. However, Austria's highest court ruled that we are a perfectly legal, peaceful, and patriotic NGO. So, the Conservatives and the Greens spitefully decided to ban our logo instead. The crazy thing is, they did this as a direct reaction to an Islamic terrorist attack in Vienna. Following the attack, the Conservatives wanted to shut down a few radical mosques and ban certain Islamic organizations along with their logos. But the Green Party would only agree to this if a right-wing logo was banned as well. Ultimately, the Austrian government's response to an Islamic terrorist attack was to ban the logo of the very patriotic NGO that had actually warned against Islamic terrorism.
