@GABAROO13 @JoeAllenNewman It’s the same as the marijuana argument. I’m glad that people are finding alternatives that work for them, but Kratom doesn’t help a lot of people. It did almost nothing for my pain and made me violently ill to the point that I could barely keep down water. It’s not a cure all

@ResisterDoggie @HilaryKimMorden @josh_collard2 Kratom made me so sick I couldn’t eat. Every time I tried to take it I could barely keep down water. I kept trying because my pain levels were so terrible and some days I just needed something to take me from a 10 to a 9 It barely works for many people.

@josh_collard2 Warn them? Who picked that? Don’t you care that your friend is living in serious pain? Also... why do you think you’re some sort of savior? Our doctors, the nurses, the pharmacist, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, the news, the paper, police reports, ... (on forever) all warn us

Putting in some work in the ORs at ⁦@WRBethesda⁩ - got to help with some interesting cases and saw several people get Tylenol and other meds to help provide anesthesia and post-op pain relief with minimal opioids. They all woke up comfy and happy! 😃 ⁦@ASALifeline⁩

US House of Representatives approved a bill to stop "Doctor Shopping". First it takes away our rights to find a doctor to properly treat us and second isn't that what the pdmp is for to stop Dr and Pharm shopping. 3rd assigning a number is a sneaky way to track us as pain pts

@speakingabtpain I live in NY. After 3 small strokes, a heart attack, with my spinal syrinx and a brain malformation, I was cut off my meds cold turkey after years of not abusing. And treating my pain successfully. I’ll tell everyone my story

In just 120 days without pain medication. Being cut off cold turkey hurts your entire body.
