I’m very proud that my Muhammad Ali American Boxing Revival Act, introduced alongside @RepBrianJack, just passed on the House floor. This is a major step forward in strengthening protections for boxers and putting fighters’ safety first.
Las Vegas is the global epicenter of combat sports and being able to better protect athletes while honoring the legacy of a true legend makes this moment especially meaningful.

It’s been 25 years since the original Ali Act, and today’s boxing system isn’t keeping up. These athletes deserve better. H.R. 4624 the Muhammad Ali American Boxing Revival Act creates a modern framework that strengthens protections, expands opportunities, and gives fighters more control over their careers. It’s not perfect, but with bipartisan work, we can build a safer, fairer future for the sport and honor Muhammad Ali’s name.

If club show promoters can't pay fighters a minimum payment as required by Ali revival act then they shouldn't be in business. Simple as that. We aren't talking big money here. And this goes to bunch of the dudes that can't shut up about how Zuffa will be bad for boxing
