Normally, I like Blord. I naturally gravitate towards crypto guys 😊 About his issue with VDM, I initially brushed it off as normal online banter… until it got to the point of using VDM’s face for adverts🤦‍♂️ That aside, I’m honestly confused about how the Nigerian judiciary works. If this was civil engineering or crypto, I wouldn’t ask; but this one, I need clarity. Lawyers or anyone knowledgeable, please help me understand: Why is someone kept in prison when they haven’t been proven guilty? Does it mean the person who sues goes home free, while the person being sued ends up in prison awaiting trial? If that’s truly the case, won’t people start abusing the system -just suing others to get them locked up? 🤔
