20 years in West Mercia Police today. I have had an amazing career to date, working with some great people. Heres to the final 10. Despite the current pressures around policing I still highly recommend it as a career choice - you will make a positive difference to people.

Officers disturbed someone stealing catalytic converters in the early hours. PD Rhino had a lengthy track through multiple industrial units which eventually led to one fence too high, however along the way he did recover the offenders coat and face covering #policedogs #csi

Sadly for the 2nd time I found out today I was unsuccesful in promotion. This is despite being well supported by my SMT with 2 successful acting opportunities on response & CID. I feel totally deflated & frustrated by the promotion process & I've got 3 more months as acting DI.🧵
