Big personal best of 6.66m for Rayhan to place 3rd in Long Jump at today's @irishlifehealth All Ireland. Thomas Costello also had a great performance to place 5th with a Shot Putt throw of 12.09m @irishathletics. Well done lads and to Coach Ken Kiernan.

Decent day at the 🇮🇪 schools champs for the @TullamoreH & @ClubTLG midlands T&F group. Canice hitting a PR in his 400mH of 1.1secs to 56.94 to take the senior boys🥉, Katelyn taking her senior ladies long jump club record (at 16) to 5.75m to take 🥉then 4th in her inter 80mH👏👏
