Twitter folks: my students are asking for literature on structural racism in the US that helps them to explain this stuff to friends and family in the UK. I'm struggling to think of THE book or text that would do this job best... Any ideas?

@maia_pal 2 pp is quite standard. And yes, it should read as you! All of you went into the book and this is a moment to reflect on the road you’ve been down & the communities along the way. It is different window into the book & a joy to read when the person comes thru + the scholar

Really struggling to write acknowledgements for the book in terms of keeping things short - could so easily write 5 pages! Is 2 pages too much? Am I overthinking it and should just write what I feel? Considering my tendency to 'overshare', am worried about giving out too much
