They sure did, though the warsuits weren't actually typically made from jaguar fur, they were thick cotton and then covered in a layer of feather mosaic, with the feathers of different colors arranged to make different patterns, in this case Jaguar spots
There is an account which claims that commoners who achieved the rank/status necessary to wear Jaguar themed warsuits had to make do with lesser quality suits made from jaguar fur rather then feather mosaic, though, since apparently feather mosaic was considered the more prestigious material

As someone into Aztec history and archeology, I have to be the bearer of bad news to inform you that these sorts of garments weren't really much of a thing historically. They seem to mostly be people misinterpreting art that's actually showing multiple separate necklaces, or female garments known as Quechquemitl There are some depictions of garments that MIGHT be this sort of collar thing or are necklaces attached together into a similar collarpiece, and some instances of men wearing quechquemitl, but it's rare
