LinkedIn users are so weird I will briefly meet someone in passing and then get a notification 3 days later that they are stalking my profile (which I havent used in multiple years) What the fuck is wrong with you people

@Millenihag @ChiLawTales @jonbrooks that sounds more like data leakage from scraping or third-party sources than LinkedIn itself tbh, still a valid concern about how exposed your info is once it’s public on any platform

@ChiLawTales @jonbrooks For me it was LinkedIn. I can trace the origin of my loan scam calls to adding my phone number to LinkedIn. LinkedIn does not do a good job of anything, vetting “companies”, understanding what happens with your data, etc. LinkedIn is such a scam, but we HAVE to use it

Is there a way to make these non-stop spam calls illegal? I'm getting about 40-50 of them per day now.

I did my CV update this afternoon and it's super amazing how much I've learnt and done the last 10 months. Such a confidence boost.. I'll endeavor to be doing it every 3 months

One of my customers ran a full week of content through his system, then flew out on holiday. Posted from the beach. LinkedIn engagement came back to historical highs. He's been "almost dormant" for two years. One week of the right setup fixed it.

I used to think posting more was the answer. It wasn’t. People just couldn’t tell what I actually did.

@TTrimoreau After shipping my product, I started building on Twitter. Now I'm convinced I had it backwards. Grow Twitter first, then Reddit, then LinkedIn, then whatever. Only then slap something together over a weekend with a beer. That's when you start printing money.

Is Reddit still worth it for growth?

@khulanwar cold outreach works, but only when it doesn’t feel like outreach. focus on starting actual conversations, not just hitting 1k for the sake of it.

Do boring tasklist today. DMing people on Linkedin. My Goal is reach my milestone to reach 1K as soon as possible. I think fastest way is cold outreach manually. any advice guys ?
