I'm looking for another editor but think I'm searching for a unicorn. lol I need someone who can do quick edits. Same day turnaround. If I send them a recording at 5pm Pacific, they spend 2-hours doing a no-frills edit and have it back by 7pm. See my 3 or 4 most recent videos (excluding my latest GTC video) to see what I mean by no-frills. It takes me an hour to edit my own videos. I'm looking for someone to replace me on that. But same-day, rapid turnaround is the hardest thing to find, especially with someone that can work based on my timezone. I tend to record in my late afternoons or evenings, after the day's news has finished trickling out and I've had time to consume everything. Finding an editor that can work with that has proven to be really difficult.

@SamuelBriskar Sure, but that takes time AND can’t be automated in a large sequence. With Claude I can just upload raw material and get a done video with thumbnails etc for YouTube.

Most people ask AI: "write me an ad." That's the slow way. Document your actual process first. The steps you follow without thinking. Then give AI the steps, not the task. Night and day difference.

One person doing the output of four or five. Already happening. I've personally let people go because AI does their job now. Most people don't see it coming.

@gridpane What do you use for "Real stuff"? I mean, I test stuff - but the real work happens inside Claude Code still (for marketing, that is).

@Emarky Testing pretty much everything. Pi, Droid, and Hermes are the frontrunners. But who knows what tomorrow will bring LOL

Getting a team onto AI isn't the hard part. Shared context is. One person spends months getting AI to know their business. Second person joins. Starts from zero. How do you fix that?

There are two types of businesses forming right now. What's interesting isn't the gap. It's that the distance between them doubles every few months.
