@nickmmark Does lactate actually lower pH or is it a marker of processes that actually lead to acidosis. For instance there are an equal number of protons on either side of the pyruvate to lactate equation.

I submit that the question is not what % is resistant, and that this debate perfectly illustrates why education is not the issue, and the issue is quite simply primal fear of being wrong. Which cannot be countered by reason or education. Why do I say this?
