New Act 2 Artifact Perk: Arc Compounding 15% damage buff, stacks with everything. Lasts for duration of Blind. Affects Bosses (they don't get physically blinded, but the Blind effect is still applied to them regardless) Queenbreaker stonks.

Small update to Heavy GL Blast radius in Revenant: at base +5BR loses about 0.09% damage. with spike this is about 0.20% (aka 0.4% with a MW). Ratio of detonation:impact starts from about 2:1 and ramps up to ~5:1. Spike is 2.6-3.3% buff for adaptives or 3.3-4% for rapids.

@Destiny2Team Festival of the Lost loot is a little buggy. Eva doesn't have focusing options for Braytech Werewolf. At least Mechabre and Acosmic are dropping with their 2023 perk pools.

Regarding further reports of perk weighting: While we have confirmed that there is no intentional perk weighting on weapons within our content setup, we are now investigating a potential issue within our code for how RNG perks are generated. Many thanks to all players who have been contributing to data collection across the community. This data has been monumentally helpful with our investigation, and we are currently working on internal simulations to confirm your findings. We will provide more information as soon as it is available.

Hey @A_dmg04 @Destiny2Team , there are several bugs going on with World Drops and Lost Sectors that I was wondering if you were aware of: - Expert/Master Lost Sectors currently don't drop World Drop weapon rewards (since Vesper's Host launch) - Episode: Echoes World Drops don't get multiple perks from Master LS completions (since Revenant launched, even before Master LS stopped dropping loot) - Revenant's "tonics" that list "World Weapons" and trading in tonics at Eido still drop World Drops from season of the Deep and Witch. (These should no longer be in the World Loot Pool since they have been moved to Banshee's Gunsmith Engrams/Foundry Focusing) These next few people won't like that I brought up since it's a bug in our favor, but they are unintended, so it is right that I bring them up: - World Drop weapons earned outside of Master Lost Sectors can drop with an extra perk in either column. (Since the launch of Final Shape. Criteria: complete 1 Solo Platinum Master Lost Sector. This still applies to Season of the Deep and Witch weapons that drop from tonics and Banshee) - NEW: World Drop weapons earned outside of Master Lost Sectors drop with 2 perks in BOTH columns. (Since the launch of Vesper's Host. Same criteria as above).

My weapon reserves spreadsheet is updated for the Revenant changes and new weapons! 🛠️Snipers got fixed 🔻Sidearms and Choir got nerfed 🔼Glaives, Traces, Levi, and 1KV got a nice buff. Max ammo sidearm now is about the same as the minimum ammo 2 weeks ago.
