Strange seeing DF nitpick about no 120Hz in Super Mario Bros Wonder when they've gone out of their way to praise how Retro games feel (DF Retro) on a 60Hz CRT. No mention of unput lag here either. Hard to nitpick Native 4K 60FPS, but yep, they found a way lol.

@JezCorden Hard disagree. I had a Ally and the experience was... not good. Lots of tinkering to get games working right. Switch is a plug in and play.

The Steam Deck and stuff like the ROG Ally are undisputably a better deal than the Nintendo Switch 2... unless you were particularly interested in playing the latest iteration of Mario etc. Exclusive games and the curation of fans/nostalgia is pretty core.

Wolverine got announced WAY, WAY too early. And for what? Sony was already cruising. They weren't desperate for more first-party games. They are now. Imagine if this WASN'T revealed yet and they could've dropped this exact same reveal at a State of Play this year. It'd help!

@JamiesAct These days you look at it like this, is 4K 60 fps really the best way to experience gaming, really? 1080p and 1440p especially is fine for much higher refresh rate. Can someone tell me if the PS5 can do 1440P at a higher refresh rate?

@Da_Face @GratefulDave93 The funny thing is - if you go back to PS1 now, you’d be surprised by how fast loading is. Loading times are way faster than the PS4/XO era lol

@dark1x @GratefulDave93 I couldn't get into the PS1 because of the extremely long loading times for games on that 2x optical drive, even from the era. To go from fast loading games in the 16 bit era to that was pain. I skipped that gen and came back for the PS2.

Anybody could have taken 100 billion dollars to buy studios and publishers and turn 3rd party and make money for Microsoft. I sincerely thought Phil Spencer was brought in to SAVE the Xbox console itself after the disaster of Xbox One? 10 years. 100+ billion dollars. 3rd place to 3rd place. Took everything away from console fans. It isn't right.

@Ramez05 I think they held out cross-play because it's less reason to buy your platform if your friends don't need to in order to play stuff like COD or Fortnite ECT If MS were winning the war they wouldn't have wanted cross-play either lol

I guess I'm a bit salty, but it's so weird to me that the reason I stopped playing Sea Of Thieves was cheaters and they never did anything about it. Now that it's going to PS5 they implement anti-cheat.
