@WestyDoesDarts @Growler180 Yh you are right about that! Otherwise its not fun anymore lol. But also the swisspoints going up. In this tempo in a few years you need to pay 20 euro's for a simple point lol and 40 for a grippoint🤣

@Growler180 It really is. And yh loxley is great! The 38 euro darts are fantastic men. But yh thats right a lot of the time the wasted money on darts that dont suit them.

@Dartpractice Yeah it's bonkers...such an incredible expense to potentially find out that they don't even suit your throw too! When I came back to darts I just bought second hand...the only list price darts I've ever bought new were Loxley & that's because they're really reasonable.

@Growler180 Parents nowadays need to have a good amount of money to buy all these things for the kids haha. When i was young the prime darts where 60-70 euro the unicorn darts silver 55-60 and gold 70 haha now the toptier darts are 140+ lol

@Dartpractice All marketing...clever business really...now there's the fan base & kids are hooked on darts they'll just keep pushing to test the price elasticity. I'd be intrigued by what their turnover is now compared to say 10/15 years ago.

@TheLegionDon1 Tungsten prices are going up. But also target points are up in price as well. And i gues in a few months its gonna go up even more

@Dartpractice Eh, I bought these for £60 last summer. Why the hike?

Yesterday i was 8 from 9 on the doubles in local leauge. A game what is the key to it. Its 10 up 1 down but you start at the finish 10 with only 10 lives. Sounds easier then it is. You come across finishes like 9 17 25 etc not easy shots. But its one of the best games to play

@faz42 True must say i reccomend this if you can hit the bull easy so more on the higher level. Sometimes i share things from the book.but dont use it myself. I listen always to my gut when i throw at finishes. So the wodka decide what way i go lol

@Dartpractice I get your opinion but if you hit 20 you are 2 away, same if you hit 1 or 5. if you go bull and hit 25 or a random number it’s harder in my eyes.

So t20 won. The problem with the 20s is if you dont hit a triple. You dont leave a double next visit. Bull its 50 19 32 or 25 20 16 to leave tops. With 19s you can go with your second dart at the bull on 82 so 19 50 32 or 19 25 17 to leave tops. Extra dart on a double is crucial

And you need to be decent at the bull as well

This is only when the opponent is not on a finish
