I hate to say this. But the odds of: - you sharing your football work online - posting consistently for 2 months - then giving up They're extremely high. But it's not your fault. It's just how humans are built. Building your online portfolio comes with: - delayed rewards (no job offers after 50 posts) - unpredictable outcomes (your best work gets 10 likes) - high effort (each report takes 5+ hours) - fear of judgment (what if people think it's bad?) - no clear finish line (how much is enough?) A terrible environment for staying consistent. The people who keep posting and don't quit? They reframe the opportunity: 1. Change the goal: conversations + feedback, not likes 2. Reduce effort through workflows 3. Create immediate wins regardless of engagement Example: I tracked posts completed and people I've messaged who engaged with my work. Not impressions. Not likes. That's the reward. Learning. Connecting. Getting better. This makes posting something I stick to whether opportunities come immediately or not. Building a portfolio isn't hard. Your brain just isn't designed for delayed gratification. p.s. for anyone who's considering starting to post their work or is a few months in thinking about quitting, what advice would you give them? Let's help just one person NOT quit

Posting bad work is worse than posting nothing. 2 years ago, sharing analysis online was enough to stand out. Now more people are doing it than ever before. The bar has shifted. Here's some of the mistakes I see: Scout reports with no context. Just descriptions. Analysis with no insight. Just visualisations. AI content that's obviously been copy and pasted. Each piece of low-quality work builds a reputation. A negative one. And that sticks. The Head of Recruitment who sees your surface-level report today might be reviewing your application next year. What you post now shapes how people see you later. If your analysis doesn't show genuine understanding, don't post it. If you're using AI, make sure your insights come first. Your knowledge should come through in the writing, not the AI's. Quality over volume. Every post either strengthens or weakens your reputation. Make sure it's worth sharing.

@BigBenSesko 4-4-2 Bro. Also, it was not about any formation or system. It was more of "when u have the ball u attack, when u don't have the ball u defend, but all with intensity, simple, controlled, ordered Chaos".

👉Mr. Ruben Amorim was clearly set out to re-establish what many of us recognise as “United DNA”. 👉If you are not really atleast 30 years of old, If you didn’t grow up watching United either in the late 90s or in the 2000s, it can be hard to fully visualise what that DNA actually looks like. 👉It wasn’t control for the sake of control. It was CHAOS. 🔥

Been playing a bit with the design, wondering what the majority of you guys think. Genuine question, "old" light theme design vs new, dark themed one?

@FPLfrasier 100 percent. Only these two managers were trying to do things differently. And rise was seen, needed a bit more time.

@DataAnalyticEPL I see that and remember how bad LVG was. Then I remember how we didn’t sack Ten Hag after his disastrous season.
