Never buying another @Hisense_USA TV ever again, and I recommend you all do the same. Forget @rtingsdotcom ; they never had to try to call customer service.
@FeldBum@Hisense_USA@rtingsdotcom You probably read the serial number wrong. But you should first try turning it off then on again. That should fix it.
Literally no way to get through to a human. The phone and chat system are all AI, and they just recycle the same four messages. In theory, flashing the TV with new firmware would fix it, but my serial #, confirmed by the AI, return an "Invalid Serial" message. So I'm just dumping it and never buying Hisense again. Want a free kinda bricked TV?
